The Successful STEPS program provides community members with access to career training, educational scholarships, and case management services to promote economic growth and personal development.  The goal is for students and career seekers to acquire the knowledge and upskilling necessary to obtain gainful employment, disrupt the cycle of poverty, and positively impact their communities.
